Oversaw routine operation of LRCC Utilities Unit, Effluent & Sludge Treatment Plan, Treating Unit (Amine Treating Unit, LPG caustic Treating Unit, Propylene Treating Unit, Sulphur Recovery Unit, CCG Treating Unit & Sour Water Stripper Unit) and Plant Flare System. Operated, maintained, and inspected unit equipment such as valves, pumps, compressors, turbines, boilers, cooling towers, tanks and demineralized water system. Prepared unit equipment safely for maintenance, followed lockout/tag out procedures, and issued work permits accordingly. Made thorough rounds and took readings and samples as required. Maintained accurate and updated log books.

1. Operate, control, maintain and monitor all process parameters within the platform in safe manner in order to achieve production target.
2. Peform switch-over on various equipments such as pumps and utilities air compressor.
3. Perform LOTO on various equipments for maintenance and servicing.
4. Make adjustment to the process variable if necessary to meet the demands or targets or any interruptions.
5. Carried-out well test as monthly schedule with 100% compliance every month.
6. Involvement in Field Acceptance Test (FAT) on various process related equipment such as pumps and valves.
7. Performed daily monitoring of rotating equipments, such as Turbine Gas Compressor and Turbine Generator. Make a report to Supervisor if any abnormal condition or parameter observed.
8. Carried out Plan Preventive Maintenance (PPM) for Production Technician as assign by Production Supervisor.
9. Perform well greasing and CDFT on wellhead surface valves in order to maintain the integrity of the valves as well as life span of the valves.
10. Competence Damage Control Team members.
11. Appointed in Health Safety and Environment Committee as Sport, Recreation and Training committee (2012 til 2015) . Organized various activities and programs under this committee.
12. Appointed as Safety Focal Person which acts as a Safety Officer onboard at platform. The Safety officer onboard will monitor, update, closing all the UAUC reported and reminding, motivating and encourage all the staff and contractor to continue maintaining safety culture while on or off duty.
13. Performed Pigging Operation to 4 other platform as per schedule with 100% compliance.
14. Performed day to day handover and morning closing report.
15. Monitor, control and audit Permit To Work (PTW) system.
16. Assist Material Coordinator in ensuring sufficient spare parts are ordered and maintain and verify technical specification upon material arrival.
17. Assigned as Designated Person In Charge for remote platforms. Responsibled for maintaining remote platform operation of TIONG-B and KEPONG-A.
18. Perform chemical inventory and make sure the chemicals on board are meet the minimum requirement thus platform can sustain smooth operation without any interruption.
16. Involved in platform’s turnaround project from 201 0 till 2015.
17. Focal person for Production Technician for time sheet in SAP R3 system. Plan, record and execute all the PPM for Production Technician.
