• Reported to ASSA ABLOY ME (Middle East) head office in UAE, and I am responsible to manage the sales and business development for DAS (digital access solutions) which contains the technology for opening solution by EAC, Wireless access solutions and the hospitality access control solution for hotels and other commercial business sectors through the channel partners in and with consultants in Egypt.
• Identify, prioritize, schedule, pursue, and deliver strategic Key End-user sales and project opportunities for target fulfillment
• Understand the business models and business priorities of the Key End-user accounts as it relates to security, furthermore, advise and schedule the deployment of required Key End-user programs to address individual End-user needs
• Setup the business plan, marketing plan and forecast for the DAS with the AA (ASSA ABLOY) global teams, provide strategies and actions in the achievement of the agreed quarterly and annual sales, and agreed profits targets.
• Orchestrate Key End-user seminars to better understand the required features & functions of future technologies and use of innovative marketing tools to nurture this relationship
• Responsible to provide the training, workshops and first level of technical support for projects via channel partners and provide educational/awareness briefings for End-users to reinforce ASSA ABLOY & HID Global’s role as “Trusted Advisor”
• Provide PEU and vertical market input into business cases for DAS solutions off the shelf and/or customized HID solutions, attend applicable industry tradeshows, meetings and other HID & ASSA ABLOY internal and external events, especially with focus on speaking and presentation opportunity.
Reported to the Sales Director, responsible to manage the sales of the business sectors of the
Oil & gas, IT & Telecom and top ten governmental customer in Egypt.
* Responsible to setup the pipeline & business planning processes for the sales team under my
sector which has be guidelines for the expected volume target.
* Completely performing the function of product management & Business development with the
end user and consultants to achieve continues technical awareness for all our brands and major
products and has influence on writing tender documents (to be focused on our brands and
major products).
* Well Study the technical features & parameters and prices for the other products with
competitors to determine the volume of win chances
* Technical background in the IP network infrastructure, IP security systems and AV business
solutions as well as a broad knowledge around how a solution are constructed and solution
architecture for instance cloud computing, Servers & Storage, IOT technology, digital
transformation methodology and application and cyber security.
* Achieved successfully the scope of supporting the sales vertical target plan with the sales team
during 2019 and 2020 which is more than $55 Million for the smart building solutions.
* Achieved successfully the consultant’s approval for SAMSUNG IP CAMERAS and presented for
vendor list in prestige projects by more than $ 16 Million during the year 2019 and 2020 in
vertical business.
Reported to INS Business Manager, Perform & Validate Pre-Sales tasks by technical system
design & architecture, pricing for new projects and migration systems, built
up/Customize/Finalize the BOQ of the projects and supporting sales team over KSA and
EGYPT by the listed below solutions and products
Physical Security Solutions including IP CCTV & VMS, ACS & IDS
AV Solutions
IP Network Infrastructure including L2 switching, Servers Management
and Applications & Storage and Firewalls
* Responsible to convert a customer requirement to real application and deliver end-to-end
solutions.
* Provide technical support to account managers and business development teams according to
business process cycle and guide lines.
* Understanding the mechanism of the IP Networks, technique, features & parameters for Cisco
Systems portfolio and the market demand over the business target territory.
Reported to CTO, Technical Role duties involve providing the presales duties in both sides
before sales and post-sales stage activities for the renovation requests to convert the existing
security systems for the end users under umbrella of the maintenance contract program via
migration design to the latest technology by high technical design and outstanding quality
level.
* Pre Sales Activities: -
Technical Design, Solution architect, pricing with the manufacturer and distributors for the
mega projects which is more than EGP 10 Million and other section of renovations requests
from the after sales services SLA’s including the solution of smart building, Security systems
and IP Network Infrastructure ( SW’s, Servers & Storage and Microsoft OS) .
* Sales Support Activities: -
Technical meeting, presentation for the solutions, design clarifications and the POC’s (proof of
concept) for the end customers.
* Interfacing with the end users, sub-contractors and third party vendors for technical
clarifications and negotiation related to the systems Integration and systems start up.
* Presales experience by design and sizing the servers & storage, RAID, and VMS design &
architecture.
* Design and Presales experience for the CCTV systems by products selection comply with the
customers’ requirements. Meanwhile, understanding the feature of cameras Resolution, Lens
Types, IRIS, WDR, AWB, DLS, BLC, Motion Detection, Analytics & Alarms, DAY/Night & IR and
the technical feature for the video display for instance DVP, Aspect Ratio, Resolution and
Clarity.
* Design and Presales experience for the Failover, Unicast, Multicast, Codec, and Compression
Protocols MJPEG, H.246 and H.265, ONVIF Profile for integration as well as build a solution
upon customer requirements.
* Design and Presales experience Switching &Routing and ECNM Standard for IP Network
Design recommended by Cisco. LAN/CAN/WAN, Ethernet, TCP & UDP, Static and dynamic IP
Addressing (IPV4 and IPV6), VLAN’s, VTP, CDP, ISIS, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, STP, PVSTP, HSRP,
VRRP and QOS. Stacking’s & VSS, IPsec, IOS, SYSLOG, NETFLOW, AAA and OS platforms.
* Achieved successfully more than 190 POC/DEMO (Proof of Concept) for a plenty types of
business sectors Oil & Gas, banking, hospitality, governmental and education

* Following up tickets flow Through CRM with other teams to maintain SLA and KPIs.
* Troubleshooting Internet Connection Such as ADSL from the end user and from the network
side via phone, web based tools and email
* Act as a liaison between NOC and Tier 2 support. Candidate to assist the customer base during
installations.
