Project Manager in charge of construction and interior fitout works.
Monitor and supervise the project execution process on site to ensure completion of the job within specified time frames, in an organized and cost effective manner, in accordance with the approved design and quality standards so as to meet customer’s satisfaction and maintain continuity of business.
Which includes
•Detailed feasibility study of the Project and surveying.
•Help to prepare project proposals, time frames, schedule and budget
•Examine the design and drawings based on Dubai municipality, Dubai Civil Defense and other concerned authority's code of practice and requirements.
•Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans and money spend
•Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information
•Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
•Make certain that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves
•Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise
•Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants
•Issue all appropriate legal paperwork
•Report and escalate to management as needed
•Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
•Dealing with sub contractors and coordinating their works.
•Take the permissions, approvals and completion certificates for the project and design from the Building management and the concerned authorities like Dubai Municipality, Dubai Civil Defense, DDA etc
10 years experience in Civil construction and interior decoration fields.

Engineer in charge of Power House and Concrete canal construction in the Execution of Vilangad Small Hydro Electric Project, a 7.5MW Hydro Electric Project of 700million INR. Did the work planning and monitoring of the work, Execution of work at site, Surveying and leveling using modern equipments like total station, Reporting the project status to higher officers, Coordination of the site work and Office, Work Evaluation and billing.
