• Review, analyze and prepare a checklist extract from the relevant guidelines or circular. \n• Liaise with various departments within the Bank to respond to the checklist prepared earlier. \n• Conduct scheduled, special and ad-hoc compliance review to ascertain organization's compliance to statutory and regulatory bodies' requirements and the Bank's policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Coordinate papers compilation and manage the Shariah Committee (SC) meeting with the management. \n• Identify, prepare, manage and distribute the Zakat allocation to the identified beneficiaries. \n• Maintain the record (minutes of meeting, fatwas and ruling etc) related to Shariah matters for the benefit of Bank's staff. \n• Manage Shariah Division day-to-day administration matters such as allowance and claims for SC members etc.
• Attend and handle Singaporean customers' queries through phone call about their credit card that they hold with the bank. \n• Manage credit card replacement and activation for existing and new customers.
Chartered Islamic Finance Professional (CIFP) equivalent to a Master's degree. Obtain a scholarship from the government of Malaysia to pursue this course at INCEIF. 1. Islamic Economics 2.
