Key Accounts Management (KAM) of strategic Airlines.  Lead the sales team efforts in support of Co.Objectives and Goals. Developing the commercial tenders/ quotations process. Reviewing customers’ feedback  and offering solution for the pricing issues.  Internal Process and Procedures development to provide modern customer services.   Competitor’s watch and data analysis to ensure relevant business distribution.   Research and analyze customer trends,  global acquisition,  product and service preferences,   market size,  penetration and marketing practices   Market prospecting for strategic alliances with other organizations in line of the company  overall objectives.   Deliver innovative / integrated solutions to meet customers' changing business needs.   Follow industry trends to ensure Jetex's services are cost competitive and superior to  industry best practices.  Participate in relevant aviation industry events (Domestic and abroad)    Assist the Sales Head to develop an aggressive sales strategy and action plan to achieve  budgeted quarter and annual business targets.  Develop,  train and motivate Sales Executives and Account Managers.

Accountable for overall performance of the operation team activities. Develop internal systems and work process and procedures.  Monitor the resources to ensure the objectives and targets of the company are met.  Managing key customers tenders,  including suppliers negotiations and proposals  processing.  Involve overseeing the organization to ensure effectiveness and quality service.  Gaining access to the key players in the aviation industry  Supervise,  train and motivate Operation Coordinators and Analysts
