A- Project: C-986 Infrastructure and Landscaping work for Raha Gardens, Khalifa City :
Client: ADM (Abu Dhabi Municipality)
Parsons’ scope includes the infrastructure and landscape design and construction supervision of the infrastructure, landscape, street lighting and irrigation work. I’m responsible for reviewing and understanding all electrical and mechanical related scope including design drawings, construction supervision works and all related specifications; reviewing all related MEP works, coordinating and liaising with subcontractors; communicating and interfacing between structural, architectural, electrical, procurement and any other services to ensure the proper technical execution of project works; identifying problems in the design; reviewing the shop drawings and ensuring timely approval progress as per agreed schedules; planning and organizing reviews and evaluating contractors work.

B- Project: Dubai Hills Estate LLC: Maple 2 and Sidra 2 & Parkways and Fairways (Infrastructure and Landscaping):
Position: Senior MEP Engineer (ARE) - (EMAAR Approved)
Client: EMAAR
I’m responsible for reviewing and understanding all electrical and mechanical related scope including design drawings, construction supervision works and all related specifications; communicating and interfacing between structural, architectural, electrical, procurement and any other services to ensure the proper technical execution of project works; identifying problems in the design; reviewing the shop drawings and ensuring timely approval progress as per agreed schedules; planning and organizing reviews and evaluating contractors work.

Key Responsibilities:
1- Responsible for site planning, installation, commissioning, testing and handing over for the following systems and materials:
A. Medium Voltage systems including (RMU, M.V Switchgears, Transformers, M.V cables and terminations).
B. Low voltage systems: Main Distribution Boards (MDB), Sub-Distribution Panel Boards, MCC Panels, ATS, Power Factor improvement units, AVR, LV cables and Busbars.
C. Emergency systems (Generators, Synchronization panels, UPS, Central Batteries).
D. Earthing and lightning systems.
E. Indoor & Outdoor Lighting systems, power systems and wiring devices.
F. Light current systems (Fire Alarm-Telephone-DATA-CCTV-MATV-Public Address- Nursing system - Intrusion system).
G. Fire Fighting, HVAC and Plumbing systems.
2- Review and understand electrical and mechanical scope of works including design drawings and construction supervision tasks and all related specifications.
3- Understand the MEP Builders Work Requirement.
4- Review of all related MEP including Electrical FAS, LV, HV, Traffic Signals, Mechanical - HVAC, Plumbing, Irrigation, water supply/distribution, and waste removal.
5- Attend meeting with the PMC, Client and Contractor for coordination and workshop meetings.
6- Coordinate and liaise between the Electrical and other Subcontractors.
7- Identify problems in design.
8- Review the shop drawings and ensure the timely approval progress as per agreed schedules.
9- Plan, organize, review and evaluate the work of contractor and others.
10- Completion of required reports and reporting to management as per company’s systems and procedures for the successful execution of the project and achieving company’s goals.
11- Provide technical advice to staff designer, supervisor, inspector and contractor regarding installation and maintenance of MEP work.

Project:
Upgrading of Al Aflaj Roundabout (IP - 115) In Al Ain City to Traffic Signalized Junction:
Client: MUSANADA
The project is for upgrading the existing roundabout to a traffic signalized Junction including extension for the existing tunnel, expansion of road width, replacement of street lighting poles with new poles (with LED luminaires), upgrading the traffic signal system, shifting for existing services (HV cables, Telecommunication cables), new landscape and modify of existing pumping station. The project makes a fully controlled traffic by traffic signals, provides pedestrian crossing, less electrical power consumption for street lighting (up to 60%) using LED luminaires, provides pedestrian bridge for school area and provides 4 bus stops. As a senior electrical engineer for this project, I’m responsible for the inspection, technical issues, reviewing drawings and handing over for MV cables, FOC, Pumping station, Traffic Signals, Street Lighting and Landscape systems.


Duties:
