• Responsible for the supervision and monitoring of site construction activities in all phases of civil such as (excavation, embankment, box culverts, ripraps and bridge components).
• Aware of hydrological designs.
• Review design and technical workshop drawings.
• Preparation of the required technical reports.
• Follow up all the time schedules and the corrective plans.
• Attendance at client and PMO meetings.
• Taking responsibility for health and safety on site according to the prepared plans.
• Checking the work inventory on site and preparing the monthly invoices
• day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors;
• liaising with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project;
• liaising with the local authority to ensure compliance with local construction regulations
• liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors)
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise.
• Ensuring that all assigned work is completed on time and within agreed budgets.
• Responsible for the supervision and monitoring of site construction activities in all civil phases such as (mobilization, excavation, substructures, superstructures and finishes)
• Supervising Projects: including in house, external contractors and sub-contractors.
• Attending meetings and competently communicate with clients, contractors and major asset owners and stakeholders.
• Setting out Project works in accordance with drawings & specifications.
• Coordinating with the electrical engineers in all various execution phases.
• Preparing of all the required workshop drawings and review the design
• Project grade : Very Good (Material – Reinforced concrete property enhancing). • Grade : Fair. • Post Studies : Reinforced concrete design Diploma –Cairo University 2008.
