Key responsibilities as follow:

Setting and Managing Sales target and responsibility for each member of the team to exceed goals in all
sales targets throughout Egypt’s marketplace.

- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)

- Manage projects include delivering for every project on time within budget and scope

- Collaboration with all channel partners to maximize results and growth.

- Coaching sales team-members to develop their skills and enhance their product knowledge..

- Supporting sales team members in arranging events and activities at client’s premises or conference halls
in order to introduce and demonstrate our products.

- Benchmarking with competitors’ products and activities

- Developing strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and
healthcare sector
