Preparing all correspondence and related documents for all Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Traffic and Oilfield Security Dept. Preparing documents for internal and public sector related jobs and transactions.
Preparing port passes to ADPC.
Managing the visa application process for employees and their families.
Scheduling staff’s visa, medical, documentation and co-ordinate with internal and external departments.
Responding to staff queries on visa/labour/passport related matters and assist in all general queries
concerning labour and immigration matters.
Renew, Update and maintain all employees and their dependants’ visas, labor cards, labor contracts on a timely manner to ensure that company’s records are up-to-date in the labor and immigration Departments.
Preparing various sort of letters both in Arabic and English like No objection, Traffic file opening, vehicle insurance and traffic registrations, renewal and salary Certificates.
Renew, update and maintain the trade licenses, chamber of commerce and other government certificates of all company’s legal entities in the UAE to ensure that the document are up-to-date.
Arrange processing attestation of employee qualifications as required.
Accurate preparation of documents according to the requirement of the legal authorities.
Keep track of document expiry date relating to the employment visas, labor cards, visit visas, trade license (S), update visa status report (excel document).
Engage with higher management / HR in order to keep them in loop with regards to new Labor laws/ other government laws etc……
Obtain monthly visa report from MOL and immigration to keep company’s files in order.
Preparing mission visa applications and related documents.
Preparing security passes to oilfields and related documents.
Maintaining and updating personnel files.
Handling confidential and important in and out documents in the office
Typing the labour and immigration applications, related documents.
All kind of document clearance for Municipality, Chamber of Commerce, Traffic Department and other Government Departments.
Preparing Security Passes to Oil Fields.
Letter Drafting Both in Arabic & English.
Arabic English Translation.
All other Typing Works.
Responsible for incoming and outgoing calls.
Drafting and corresponding all business, personal, official letters and all other documents in both Arabic and English.
Maintaining and updating office files and all other documents.
Office managerial duties such as stationary, couriers, Fax etc…
