Prepare and delegate quantity Take off task for QS team for all project elements as per BOQ.
▪ Measure, value, submit and negotiate contract variations.
▪ Conduct estimated quantity survey to determine the quantity of material that need to be purchased or
procured.
▪ Assists in the preparation of change orders to the prime contract between company and client.
▪ Prepare, submit, and negotiate project interim valuation and final accounts.
▪ Prepare Monthly interim payments and final accounts.
▪ Prepare sub-contractors’ payments and record/monitor of all site works.
▪ Collecting and evaluating the subcontractor’s quotation, Evolution quotations with respect to project documents.
▪ Preparation of monthly actual performed works in order to calculate Earned Value.
▪ Prepares the necessary Logs (Change/Variation Order log, claim log, sub-contract approval log, etc.

▪ Reconciliation of materials and works executed during the month.

▪ Communicate regularly with project staff and specialist subcontractors to ensure commercial controls are in place, understood and followed at all times.

during construction to the project manager for discussion and proper solve.
▪ Revise Shop Drawings prepared by technical office Engineers and updating the log.
▪ Attend meetings with consultants and/or contractors\developer\owner of any projects to discuss
technical matters and coordinate approval of submittals.
▪ Receiving and evaluating suppliers, manufacturers and subcontractor’s technical offers and checking
compliance with the project requirements.
▪ Maintaining organized and detailed project records.
▪ Supervise preparing As-built drawings at the end of the project and hand over to the project consultant.
