* Manage protocols including visits, hotel bookings, air ticketing, scheduling of meetings, and different events.
* Manage vendor relationships, including third-party contracts and procurement of supplies.
* Publish tenders and press releases in national newspapers.
* Supervise the companys telephone exchange and central printing system.
