Supervising Security Operation of Holiday Inn Dubai al-Maktoum Airport, an IHG Hotel.
• Training /Briefing / Proper Hand over, Take Over, Completing the pending Follow up.
• Making sure all Security systems and equipment of Security posts in working condition.
• Dealing conflict of Guests and staff, Maintaining DOB.
• Keeping Secrecy of Business and Department . Any minor change in operation, bringing it in Line
Manager’s attention. (Observations, Risk assessment, Reports, Follow up)
• Dealing CID, Dubai Police, Civil Defense, SIRA inspection, Ambulance, K9 Dogs inspection .
• Checking all logbooks accordingly. (All Documentation Lost & Found, Gate Pass, Incident Reports, Daily operation report, Monthly report, Statistics Report etc. )
• Took deliberate action and rendered first aid in emergencies such as accident, fire, & illness.
• E-mail’s handling, replying to the management and department’s queries with quick response.
• Operating Fire alarm by Panel and System as well in the absence of CCTV Operator.
• Doing Security and Safety Risk Assessment in Hospitality operation, investigation, Event managing.

Operating Security Operation of Kempinski Hotel and Burjuman including Runaway guest from restaurant l Unsettle bill
l Guest Lost item inside Taxi l lady visitor without id scan follow up l Drunk Guest follow up l items lost inside guest rooms l Keep observing guest if
they need medical assistance l Participate in ambulance & paramedic access to guest room l Guest room door found open l Finding overnight parked
car’s owner room number l Live monitoring.
