• Supervision, Quantity Survey, Quality Control & Assurance, Report to Resident Engineer, Monitoring, Inspection
• Estimation, Bill of Quantity, Bars bending Schedule, Checking of IPCs of Contractors
Review civil, architectural, structure, Electrical, HVAC, Lift/Elevator, Plumbing and designs and Ensure that works are done in accordance with design specifications by the contractors.
Project: NADRA Regional Headquarter Complex Hayatabad Peshawar KPK.
Responsibilities:
• Keep record of approved material and Drawings for project.
• Proceed the work as per approved drawings.
• Ensure the quality of work by planning activities and set deadline for the completion of work.
• Preparing the daily progress, Weekly and Monthly Reports
• On concreting at site, preparation of concrete cylinders and testing the compressive strengths.
• Site supervision of all civil works like layout/survey, excavation, re-bars, concrete, stubs/columns erection, flooring, boundary wall, paint etc.
• To be responsible for checking and approval of all incoming materials on the site.
• Report to Resident Engineer.
• Attend meeting with clients.
Responsibilities:
• To raise the RFI for the inspection on daily basis.
• Maintain FRI Log and Log for Drawing Received.
• Keep record of approved material and Drawings for project.
• Check the material deliver on site before unloading according to the approved material according to PTS.
• Ensure the quality of work by planning activities and set deadline for the completion of work.
• Providing technical guidance to the site formen and skilled labours.
• Preparing the daily progress, Weekly and Monthly Reports.
• Procuring materials as per specification and as per drawings.
