* Utility services include MV/LV line, ITS ducts and chambers, Ooredoo ducts and joint boxes, SSD
works, QAF works, QNBN works

Construction supervision for
* 46 KM dual carriageway road with 5 lanes in each direction
* 4 Box girder bridges / grade separated interchanges with ramp bridges & 9 underpasses
Key Responsibilities:
Being Designer’s Site Representative for D & B project key responsibilities are as under
* Conducted site surveillance / inspections and related scope of works to verify that the design intent has
been met in the execution of the works
* Responded to the contractor’s Site Technical Queries (STQs) and any questions regarding our design
and proposed methods / materials
* Supported the contractor and coordinating technical solutions and their implementation by interacting
and communicating with contractor’s staff or designers as required
* Visited the project sites for carrying out surveillance and hold-point inspections; writing reports,
providing field observations and comments (FOCs) and following up with the contractor’s staff on
construct-ability and quality matters
* Attended construction progress meetings and QA/QC meetings with the contractor and the supervision consultant (SC)
* Reviewed certain shop drawings that have been prepared from the latest version of our detailed design
* Reviewed material source approvals, test certificates and warranty certificates to advise the contractor on material issues so as to satisfy quality and specification requirements

* 11 Km main carriageway, junctions, roundabouts, link roads
* Surface water drainage (manhole, road gullies, culverts, swale, infiltration tank)
* Utility services (Electrical MV/LV, ITS ducts and chambers, Ooredoo ducts and joint boxes, SSD

• 25 KM main carriageway & 40 km service road
