The main responsibility is the achievement and management of sales, distribution, display and sales activation SMART objectives by proper internal and external communication, management and supervising of the team and proper reporting of achievement v/s plan for a particular region or set of accounts.  Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.  Managing sales team including merchandiser  Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.  Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations.  Maintaining key accounts including Lulu, West zone, Sharja Coop, Union Coop, Al Manama Coop, Emirates Coop, KM trading Spines  Provide feedback on customer business development, competitive activity and product performance to assist in the development of marketing plans  Reaching the targets and goals set for assign territory and resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.  Managing the production of customers-related business analysis including: client strategy, client structures, revenue and profitability, relationship mapping, market share, competitor activity, developments in the client's markets and client needs analysis.  Providing the guide line to all the sales team to perform the daily operation and completing the all major task assigned by company accordingly to achieve their goals.  Continuously asses the market in order to identify new outlets and add to the existing customer base  Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements defining market for competitor's share, competitor's strengths and weaknesses, forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.

 Ensure that all routes under his supervision have the correct quantity and mix of saleable product to service their outlets on a daily basis as per the company must stock list.
 Responsible to ensure that outlets under his supervision meet the companies ’Picture of Success’ standards.
 Attend trade meetings, industry conventions and representing company in trade exhibitions like SIAL (Abu Dhabi) and Gulf Food exhibition (Dubai)
 Reaching the targets and goals set for assign territory
 Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
 Responsible for the marketing of company products and services to the right market whether B2B.
