Maintain a stable network environment to assure maximum productivity of systems.
Conduct daily backups of network files and test on a regular basis.
Initiate virus detection policies and procedures.
Implement, supervise and test the firm’s Disaster Recovery Plan.
Learn the basic system functions of all network and utility programs.
Provide internal office support for all office software applications and validate licensing.
Coordinate maintenance of PCs, printers and other hardware with vendors.
Act as liaison with external software and systems support people.
Serve on office technology committee, regularly evaluate network resources and implement improvements.
Implement directives outlined by the Director of Internal Information Systems.
Organize and implement the firm’s help desk as directed by the firm’s Director of Internal Information Systems.
Submitting reports and records daily/weekly to our project manager.
virus removal, handling windows registry keys, troubleshooting windows issue, Network monitoring, Configuring and maintaining Active directory, DHCP, DNS, IIS, FTP in windows servers.
Transferring Active Directory FSMO roles.
Project implementation.
Site survey, Document preparation and Manpower handling.
Testing and Commissioning of the CCTV (Both IP and Analog system), Fire Alarm (Both addressable and non-addressable system) Access Control systems, PA system, Video door Phone and Lobby Phone system.
Planning Network Setup according to the space availability and Prepare Network diagram for laying cables.
Installing and configuration of Switches & Hubs
Troubleshooting the Ethernet Topology and Network Solutions.
Troubleshooting Network traffic configuration, Identifying fault, Ethernet cards, configuring network Protocol, TCP/IP and its services based on the user requirements.
Testing and Troubleshooting of the above systems
