Maintain existing client’s accounts and ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained
Complete understanding of the sale process, our products and our competitors to ensure low turnaround times
Maintaining a high level of standard and service by providing top-notch pre-sales and post-sale services
Propelled revenue by evaluating market and identifying new prospects
Selling to clients both face to face and over the telephone and insure all bookings are manage and handled in professional manner
Finalization of contracts and invoices which includes coordination with other departments
Assist customers queries & update internal departments to keep them aware
Complete and submit finance documents within given time limits
Working with senior management to plan the growth of the business in terms of business planning and resource requirements
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions
Understand and adhere to the requirements of company’s quality policy
Follow-up for collection of payment
Perform other official duties as assigned.
Maintaining and foster relationships with existing customers in person telephone calls and mails
Gathering clear understanding of customers business and requirements
Preparation and management of business proposals and product comparison to facilitate customers efficiently
Negotiating on delivery and specifications with customers and liaising with distribution department to check the progress of existing orders
Kept tabs on competitors, analyzing their successes and failures and evaluating their impacts on the market
Assisting assistant manager to complete the daily tasks
Perform other official tasks assigned by the management.
