• Gathering product requirement, prioritizing and managing roadmap of noqodi payment gateway; supervising a team of 15 resources including Business Analysts, Developers, Testers and Production Support.
• Optimized the efficiency of Corporate Registration process and reduced the registration time from 1.5 week to 2 days which resulted in 35% increase in registered members per week.

• Perform C Level Interaction: Fortnightly Product Roadmap meeting with CEO, COO, PMO Head and CSMO where current progress and future roadmap is discussed. Steering committee meeting is also held fortnightly on alternate weeks.
• Interaction with Merchants (Dubai Land Department, GDRFA, Emirates Real Estate, eMart etc.), Banks (Mashreq, DIB, ADIB, EIB, ENBD, CBD etc.), exchange (Al-Ansari exchange, UAE exchange etc.) and Vendors.
• Performing and arranging product demonstration to perspective merchants, banks, partners and internal stakeholders. In a tenure of two years, 3 new merchants and 3 new banks are successfully integrated and integration with 2 new banks are in progress.
• Determines manpower budgets and recommends appropriate levels of sourcing, ensuring adequate provision has been made for the effective execution and completion of all activities.

• Manage complete SDLC and technical roadmap of noqodi payment gateway; manages a team of 15 resources including BA, Developers and Testers.
• Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for all assigned projects from definition phase through implementation and support.
• Recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions.
• Ensures compliance to all relevant quality management procedures and controls to guarantee compliance and delivery of high quality products/service.
• Determines manpower budgets and recommends appropriate levels of sourcing, ensuring adequate provision has been made for the effective execution and completion of all activities.
• Managed and delivered Minors and Endowment Management System for Awqaf and Minor Affairs Foundation, Dubai. Automated more than 12 business processes using the best practices of Service Oriented Architecture. The project was delivered on time, meeting all the acceptance criteria whereas the budget was slipped by 3%.
• Managed and delivered Secondary Sales Automation System for Telenor - one of the biggest telecom operators in Pakistan. The solution comprised of an Android Handheld application and a web based Java Back Office application. Handheld application is designed using Android 2.3 and provides flexible user interfaces, robust security, and support for networked and offline application which can be downloaded dynamically. Although the use of handheld application was not mandatory in the first year of launch, however, the application became so popular that it is being used by more than 12, 000 Retail Sales Officers by Feb, 2012.
• From March 2012 to Dec, 2013, I was responsible for planning, budgeting and profitability of Online Banking Portfolio of Products with a team of 10 resources. I had successfully managed and implemented Retail Banking (Ambit), Mobile Banking and Corporate Banking (Ambit Corporate) solutions in major banks in Pakistan including Meezan Bank, Bank Islami, NIB Bank, JS Bank and Summit Bank. We have surpassed the target revenue for the year 2013 by 5%.
• Responsible for architecture, design, and implementation of high volume mission critical applications and participates in the full life-cycle of the development process - from analysis, design, development, implementation, modification, documentation and refinement for software systems.
• Worked with Internal Auditors and Operations department to make the organization CMMI Level 2 certified. Defined Software Development Processes for Java development Unit which resulted in overall 20% reduction in UAT duration and 35% reduction in post production issues.
• Successfully managed and implemented Graveyard Management System for Dubai Municipality. Performed onsite requirement gathering, coordinated with all stakeholders including Business Owners, Project Managers and Infrastructure teams. The system is integrated with IBM FileNet, CBS and CRA (A Dubai Government's payment system). Zero issues were reported in the 2nd year of post deployment support and customer no longer required support contract for the subsequent years.
• Managed and delivered Oracle SOA based solution - Property and Investment Management System, for Awqaf & Minor Affair Foundation, Dubai. Automated more than 20 business processes including Receiving Property from Minor or Endowment, Auctions, Creating Rental Contracts, Transferrinlg Rental Contracts, Property Maintenance and eService workflows. The system is integrated with many internal of external systems including Financial System (GRP), Payment Gateway, LDAP and Email Server etc. The project has saved around AED5 million annually by avoiding manual processing/labor cost.
• Successfully managed and delivered a Reseller Order Management Portal for Emitac, Dubai within a challenging timeline of 5 months. I took initiative and performed the Requirement Gathering and Gap Analysis by myself; prepared Functional Specification document and lead the overall development in a dot Net based environment. The application is integrated with many back-office systems including warehouses, and financial systems. Received written appreciation letter from the customer.

• Responsible for design and development of business critical applications and participates in the whole cycle of SDLC of the projects. Lead in the development of software features, applications and solutions.
• Worked as a Project Coordinator cum Software Developer for an offshore development project - Ontario Parks Protected Area Registry System for Government of Ontario, Canada. Worked as a senior developer and developed Regulation Management and Users Management modules using Java, JDBC, Servlets, JSP, JSTL, Locus Lizard Framework, log4j, XML, Oracle 8i and WebSphere3.5.
• Worked as a Team Lead for a new product Template Management Framework. This framework is used to generate a working prototype application within a matter for few days. This framework was a huge success and customer was able to provide early feedback on the prototype, hence resulting in very few hick ups at the time of UAT. We have won many offshore projects by showing early prototypes.
• Developed Karwan-al-Madina’s web portal which offers various Hajj and Umrah services to customer.
• Worked on an intranet portal which is used to record the sales of Hajj and Umrah Packages.
