The Goal at Afiniti is to optimize the Contact Centers by Analyzing the data, come up with a modeling strategy by doing mathematical and statistical analysis of the data and making predictive models to route calls intelligently by routing the call to the best suited agent available. Major part also involve production monitoring to see how well the model is doing and investigate any sort of anomaly if comes up that might affect the performance. Responsible of ensuring that Afiniti performance enhancement is up to mark and produce positive impact on contact centers.

Daily meetings and catch-ups with the clients and analyzing the Level of Effort required for the development of any new user story.
