Responsible for maintenance of platform screen Doors (PSD) and Signaling system.
Responsible for maintenance of PSD and Signaling System in PM and CM activities.
Responsible for ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operation of the system.
Maintain and troubleshoot PSD Power supply Panels like PSD-PS, PSD-CC in PM and CM activities.
Responsible for maintenance and replacement of PLC's, WNC, point Machines, Switches and PWI) Platform wayside indicators)
Responsible for maintenance and replacement on-board, way side and technical room's Equipment’s like IOC, LC, ZC, Servers, Transponders, VOBCU and VCP.
Responsible for maintenance and Replacement of MSD Glass, EED Glass, PED Glass.
Responsible for adjustment of doors stoppers, gaps between civil cladding and post cladding.
Responsible for reporting PSD and signaling faults to OCC and SOM on duty.
Responsible for asset availability as per the operation requirement and cascading the issues immediately to superiors.
Preparation of daily activity report and submission to Line Manager.
Assisting TSM subcontractor in installation of PSD panels.
Assisting TSM subcontractor in testing & commissioning of the equipment.
Responsible for preliminary handover inspection list and submission of snag list.
Responsible for supervising the teams carrying out E&M of MEP systems.
Ensure that Sop’s & proper safety standards are being followed by the team while carrying out activities including wearing recommended PPEs in line with QHSE policies.
Coordinates with internal & external Stakeholders regarding E&M infrastructure and facility management issues.
Ensure the uninterpreted operation of critical services like electrical rooms, server rooms, technical rooms, ups rooms & plumbing systems.
Responsible for tracking asset availability KPIs and timely closure of the Service requests.
Responsible for preparation of the DAR (Daily activity report).
Assisting MEP engineer on preparation monthly report & tracker for management.
Responsible for conducting staff assessments on a periodic basis and collecting/uploading the evidence into the CMMS.
Responsible for inspections and of maintenance activities and conducting staff random audits for safe working environment.
Accountable to provides training to team members and new staff for OJT.
Accountable for maintenance of UPS, Batteries (Drain test, Electrolytes level test, Battery amps test) in PM activity.
Accountable for maintenance and Troubleshoot MDB, MCC, SMDB, DB, Soft Starter, VFD and LV Light Panels and IR (Insulation Resistant test), Panels temperature test.
Responsible & accountable for maintenance of (MPS) Main Power Supply system in PM & CM activities.
Accountable for maintenance and Testing of TVS system (TVF, TVD, TAHU, VFD, Dampers) in PM and CM.
Accountable for maintenance and Testing FACP (Smoke Curtains, Smoke detectors, Beam Sensors, FM 200, Jockey and Electrical Pumps).
Accountable for maintenance and Testing of Booster Pumps and Dewatering system (Foul Pumps, Sump Pumps)
