• Material movement from inventory to WIP on T-1 basis.
• Coordination with store for shortage of parts and arrangement as per production
requirements.
• Coordination with PPC / store regarding material shortage on production lines on daily
basis.
• Responsible to make station wise production plan shortage.
• T-1 material rejection control, proceed NCER. (Non-Confirmation Evaluation Report)
• At the end of the month conduct an internal stock take audit.
• Coordination with the inventory department to return material both physical and from
system.
• Coordination with inventory to move rejection/obsolete material to lift from WIP.
• To ensure in-time handover of materials in WMS system and coordination with handover
SBUs.

• Maintain daily Stock Report. (AC & MWO)
• PR (Purchase Requisition) for making Labor Bills.
• Coordinate with the Import department to get ETA of containers.
• To ensure 100% accurate physical receiving of local and import material (Phys. VS Packing
List)
• To ensure make GR after necessary documentation in SAP also work on MS excel.
• AC & MWO parts required for CS department. After approval of HODs in written CS
document then provide a material.
• To ensure physical material issuance against reservation (SIR) provided by PP department.
• It is ensured that material is issued with FIFO method.
• Filing and keeping records of all imports & local documents prepare relevant reports.
• Support Clearance Department for Smoothly Clearance Operations.
• In case of wrong/short material received during production to co-ordinate with concern
department.
• To ensure cripple units material return from production line against MRN.
• To update daily or weekly AC & MWO rejection documentation received from QC.
• To ensure daily 5S activities.

My company which is multinational they provides steel coils which is different grades as per customer requirements. I should be sales and recovery officer and opening and closing balance maintain.
