- Monitor the progress of works, the quality of works done by the contractor.
- Preparation of Analytical and Feasibility reports, reviewing commercial submissions, payments and claims by contractor.
• Complete estimation, structural design for pre-engineered (PEB) and structural steel buildings including steel and concrete design.
• Follow-up on all running jobs and coordination with other departments, clients, consultants, authorities etc. to ensure timely approval.
• Frequent site visits to ensure compliance with design, approved drawings and codes of practice in construction.
• Assisting the Engineering Manager in discharging his duties and at times assuming his responsibilities in his absence.
