2 Escalation & Trouble shooting of alarms related to ZONG BSCs & BTS.
3 Closing of Trouble Tickets related to ZONG BSC & BTS using INSPUR software after taking feedback from Field Engineers.
4 Alarm Management, Stats gathering and stats sheet management.
5 Monitoring the fault alarms of sites.
6 Preparation of daily & weekly Cell Outage reports.
7 Preparation of daily & weekly Fluctuation and TCH reports.
8 Managing the Net Numen, Minos & ZXG-10 Alarm Management system.
9 Participation in the 24/7 shift cycle for network monitoring.
10 Coordination with Field Engineers.
11 Generation of Work Orders.
12 Ensuring implementation of all Technical processes relevant to OMC.
13 Coordination with Field Engineers during PM of Sites at OMCR end.
