Pakistan Food Authority & Pakistan Standards and Quality Control
Authority (PSQCA)
Implementation of PFA. HACCP standards & GMPs & Food safety
parameter with objective to minimum quality and food safety incidents.
Manage the storage condition, FIFO/FEFO applicability in finished goods stores.
Determination of fat % of raw milk, butter, Khoya.
Determination of Total Solids and SNF % of sample and Brix Test of
milk sample
Determination of Acidity, LR value, BR value
Determination of free Fatty Acids in ghee sample
Determination of BR value of desi ghee sample
Determination of different adulterations in raw milk sample such as
Glucose, Urea, Starch, Cane Sugar, Formalin, Detergents.
Water Testing by Titration methods
Moisture test and pH test of final products
Process Monitoring RO PLANT
