Technical Qualities
Electrical Projects & Maintenance:
• Good understanding of Electrical Drawings, Planning of Projects, Erection & Maintenance.
• Both practical as well as theoretical knowledge of Different Electrical Instruments.
• Working more efficiently and productively so those max. Output comes.
Strategic Planning:
• Regular analyzing of organizations Electrical Load Consumption with Ratios and analysis.
• Planning & scheduling assignments to achieve pre-set goals within time parameters. Formulating long term/short term strategic plans to enhance operations.
• Planning of Cost Management through control the Power Consumption
• Planning and manage the related electrical spare stocks
• Associate planning and executing the maintenance procedures for electrical systems/equipment to ensure maximum service life and utilization.
Responsibilities:
• Hands on Experience all Controlling & Power Circuits like Installation of HT/LT Breakers, MV/LV motors, etc
• Monitoring and reporting of all electrical activities to Manager through proper channels (emails, monthly report, memos, case studies)
• To provide the proper Preventive maintenance of machines.
• Installation & Commissioning Electrical Control & power cables termination work of 70 MVA Grid Station.
• Supervise Laying under Ground Cabling HV/MV/LV 132/33/06/0.4KV termination at sealing end
• Good Knowledge of OHTL
• Installation & Commissioning of 132/33/06KV Substation System
• Installation, Commissioning & Controlling of 10 MW Power Plant also Power Termination GEN-SET to Control Room ACB Panels End.
• Installation & commissioning of 5MVA Step Up Transformer 0.4/6 kV
• Installation, Commissioning & Controlling of 6kV KESC & GEN-SET Synchronization Panel
• Planning of Different control and protection schemes for substation
• Control the overall MDI from Grid Station
• Siemens Transformer Control Termination & Commissioning of protection relays for line and T/F Differential, O/C, SC, HV EF, REF, and tertiary EF.
• Installation & commissioning of 33KV SF6 GIS (Gas Insulated Switchgear) System of 8DA10
• Installation and commissioning & Controlling of 11Mvar capacitor bank for PF improvement.
• Doing All the Electrical Control & power cables termination work on 40 Ton Electric Arc Furnace (EAF)
• Doing All the Electrical Control & power cables termination work on 40 Ton Ladle Refining Furnace (LRF)
• Worked on overhead Cranes different loads carried out and handling,
• Good Knowledge of Ladder Logic Programming skills of PLC S7-300.
• Carried out the Loop test of control cables
• CCM automation and control system
• To configure and calibrate AC/DC Digital Drives
• Maintain and check Instrumentation installed in plant
• PARKER 590+ DC Drive with Siemens PLC s7-300 communication, configuration & programming to control DC Motor.
• Doing All the Electrical Control & power cables termination work of AIR SEPRATION UNIT (ASU) 63 Ton capacity Plant separate them from natural Air GASES (Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon)
• Installation & commissioning 6 kV Solid State Soft Starter used for Air compressor MV Motors.
• Installation of i-e RTD’s (PT100), Thermocouples of KB type, pressure switches, pressure transmitters, and solenoid valves for ( gas and liquid)
Adjusting controls to generate specified electrical power, or to regulate the flow of power between generating stations and substations.
Taking readings from charts, meters, and gauges at established intervals, and undertaking corrective steps as necessary.
Controlling generator output to match the phase, frequency, and voltage of electricity supplied to panels.
Starting or stopping generators, auxiliary pumping equipment, turbines, and other power plant equipment, and connecting or disconnecting equipment from circuits.
Regulating equipment operations and conditions such as water levels, based on data from the recording and indicating instruments or from computers.
Cleaning, lubricating, and maintaining equipment to prevent failure or deterioration.
Collecting oil, water, and electrolyte samples for laboratory analysis.
Controlling and maintaining auxiliary equipment, such as pumps, fans, compressors, condensers, feed water heaters, filters, and chlorinators.
Monitoring and inspecting power plant equipment and indicators to detect evidence of operating problems.
Recording and compiling operational data, completing and maintaining forms, logs, and reports.

I was complete my D.A.E (Diploma of Associate Engineer) in Electrical Technology from Government College of Technology Hyderabad it affiliation by S.B.T.E I also mention it above.
