 Material verification with the support of mill test certificates (MTC) as appropriate.
 Stage Inspection of pressure Vessels, Storage Tanks, Columns, Reactors, Pipe Spools, Tube Bundles and Exchangers.
 To co-ordinate with client & ASME inspector during stage inspection as per ITP/QIP. To arrange shop floor activities based on daily inspection.
 Reports making i.e. daily inspection reports, final visual and dimensional inspection(FVDI) reports, hardness test reports, hydro test report, material summary, pneumatic test report, peaking/ banding, bottom flatness, roundness, plumbness, oil leak test, vacum box test, PT/ MT reports etc.
 Final visual and dimensional (FVDI) of Complete equipment with client and ASME inspector.
 Perform the hardness test as per requirements.
 Verify the thickness of equipments by using of UT thickness meter as per requirement.
 Witnessed the welders qualification test (WQT) and procedure qualification test (PQR).
 Review the welding consumables certificate (MTC) according to WPS/requirements and Control the welding consumable as per approved WPS/procedure and verification the welding consumables (Electrodes) backing, condition, storage and handling.
 Verification of welding equipments calibration i.e. welding machines, backing/holding ovens and quivers.
 Welding inspection i.e. before, during & after welding prior to any NDT, PWHT or Client Inspection.
 Making of R.T maps for storage tanks and Selection of R.T spots on tanks as per code requirements of API-650.
 Verify all NDE reports/Coverage according to requirement.
 Verify the equipment installation and structure erection i.e ladder, platform, supports etc.
 Witness of pressure tests i.e. hydro test/ water fill test, pneumatic, leak test, vacum box test.
 Responsible for overall implementation of ITP/QIPs and standard procedures/method statements at construction site to ensure compliance of all execution activities and achieve desired objectives.
