• Preparation of Project Baseline (Primavera p6) covering entire scope and within defined
timelines including Resource & Cost Loading.
• Producing KPIs, Resource Histograms, Progress S-curves, Cash Flows and Earned Value
reports.
• Monitoring progress on Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis.
• Issuing periodic targets and Look-ahead schedules to the project team.
• Attending client meetings to discuss the progress & issues in the project.

• Perform inspection and supervision of civil and structural works, including foundations,
concrete, steel structures, finishing, and infrastructure works to ensure project delivery as
per specifications.
• Review construction drawings, method statements, and material submittals to ensure
compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Conduct daily site inspections and prepare detailed reports on progress, quality, and
