Responsible to Monitor the Quality Control Inspection in accordance to the approved project Quality Plan and Test Procedure for all Mechanical & RTR Piping Installation such as examination of pipe spools & pipe supports, spring hangers, anchors, grids pipe shoes, gasket fixing and bolt tightening, installation of valves and checking flow direction of check valves/glove valves and other related mechanical activities.
* Inspection of Mechanical equipment and RTR piping materials according to approved specification, Codes & Standards.
* Material traceability and identification.
* Inspection of Material Storage and Handling
* Preparation of Check Lists, Test Reports.
* Assembly, Laying and Stringing of RTR piping
* Construction of cross-country pipeline .
* RTR and Thermoplastic Piping & Adhesive Handling, Storage and Preservation
* Procurements and communications with vendors
* QMIS Generation and data Entry
* Managing Quality Control functions for the Project including planning of Quality Control Inspections and Preparations of Reports.
* Preparing Request for Inspection to CLINT and other proponent before conducting activity such as Hydro test.
* Ensure that the construction complies with the Requirement of the approved contract quality plan, including all the sequential Inspection Operations Associated with the Mechanical works.
* Receiving Materials from Saudi Aramco, checking and verifying from MTO, to ensure that materials are correct according to the specification and description upon received.
* Review Quality related Procedures such as :
* Hydro test Procedure (which I prepared & approved by client
* Pneumatic Testing Procedure.
* Thrust Boring Procedure.
* Cleaning and Pressure Testing Procedure.
* Monitor Inspection in Progress, Review Inspector Reports and documentations. Verify that all the requirements have been met and that the Quality records have been collated and filed.
* Performing inspection all Clint supplied / company purchased material in company material yard used for different projects.
* Taking approval of materials from Clint in written if there is any discrepancies in Material regarding specification and grades differ from Isometric drawings and material take off (MTO).
* Performing hydro test of all Inspected valves in yard and raised RFI for Inspection for Clint PID.
* Witnessing and Preparing reports and certificate for calibrated Pressure gauges and Relief valves prior to Hydro test.
* Preparing RFI and checklist for received materials prior to Inspection of PID.
