5. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare reports.
6. Ensure the availability and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
7. Monitor and enforce permit-to-work systems and safe work procedures.

9. Maintain safety records and documentation as per company and legal requirements.
10. Liaise with management and workers to promote a strong safety culture.

1. Conduct routine and special site HSE inspections to ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco HSE
requirements.
2. Identify unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and HSE non-compliances; issue NCRs, stop unsafe work
when required, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions to closure.
3. Monitor and enforce implementation of HSE policies, Aramco Life Saving Rules, work permits,
LOTO, confined space entry, work at height, lifting operations, hot work, and equipment safety
controls.
4. report incidents, accidents, near misses, and dangerous occurrences in line with Saudi Aramco
reporting procedures.
5. Deliver site safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE awareness programs to workforce and
subcontractors; maintain training and attendance records as per Aramco requirements.
6. Participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA), risk assessments, hazard identification, and method
statement reviews; support PTW approvals and pre-job safety meetings to ensure effective risk
control.
