Ensure an annual audit plan is available and executed accordingly to meet the requirements of Integrated Management Systems (QMS.EMS, OHSMS, FSMS, BRC, HACCP&HALAL), customer requirements and company expectations.
Perform internal quality audits of processes according to audit plan.
Track results of internal quality audit and perform analysis on the performance to identify improvement opportunities.
Follow-up on the status of corrective/ preventive actions, timely completion of actions and verification on the effectiveness. Liaise with respective departments for timely closure of corrective action logs.
Coordinate consistent process documentation, monitor the approvals of IMS documents and maintain posting current documents to the various access tools such as SAP.
Familiarize new employees with the Continental’s intranet QMS documentation, quality records and document control.
Training of local quality engineer, operator and production regarding the new introduction and/or existing quality management systems and methods.
Liaison with Consultant, Trainer and certification body regarding QMS, EMS & OH&S.
Setting QA compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved.
Assessing the product specifications of the company and its suppliers and comparing with customer requirements;
Help out and follow up of the Hazards Identification and Risks Assessment of existing or new projects according to OH&S and EMS standards.

Implementation of ISO 9001, 14001 & 17025 Systems.
Managing corrective actions.
Overseeing of documentation management system.
Managing documentation, internal/external audits and full implementation of the ISO Systems of the whole Medipak group ( 03 sites).
Responsible for all ISO related trainings (internal/external) of the whole Medipak group.
Responsible for horizontal & Cross-functional coordination within the organization
