• Creating ISO-9001:2015 compliant SOPs for Quality department.
• Lead and manage quality operations at the national level with the on-ground crew of quality inspectors and engineers.
• Internal and external stakeholders’ management.
• Formulation and execution of Quality Management Plan (QMP) for projects.
• Develop Project Quality Plan (PQP) and protocols for inspection and testing (Electrical and Mechanical components)
• Create QA Guidelines aligned with IEC and ASTM codes for Electrical and Mechanical execution areas.
• Create and implement smart tools and dashboards to assess, analyze and showcase vendor’s and projects performance.
• To conduct surveillance and closeout Quality audits at multiple phases of projects.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and oversee Non-conformance management via NCR and CAR.
• Identify improvement areas and recommend mandatory controls to the project team based on audit results and lessons learned.
• Recommend and implement corrective actions based on QA guidelines.
• Establish and execute a process to evaluate and select vendors/sources.
• Assist HOD in developing an industry-leading QA/QC vision and strategy.
• Custodian of orientation/ Training and Development program for internal and external teams.
• Lead project/site quality teams at the regional level.
• To conduct inspections of all types of MS and Aluminium structures (Roof & Ground mount, parking & PEB sheds) and stages of Gray and Galvanized
• The task involves performing Factory and Site Acceptance Tests (FAT/SAT) on electrical equipment such as LV/MV switchgear, DC, AC, and MV cables, as well as distribution and power transformers.
• Development and Implementation of standard checklists to ensure end-to-end quality control at project sites.
• To highlight high-risk areas in design and propose areas of improvement.
• To perform pre-commissioning tests of DC, AC, and MV Systems.
• Installation and Commissioning of Convert TRJ Italia Single Axis Tracker system.
• To ensure Project Documentation Control System adheres to QA/QC for the construction/execution team.
