• Define project scope, goals and deliverable s in line with the customer requirements.
• Document and approve higher level documents that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders to kick start the project
• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end and report to management periodically.
• Prepare detailed project plans with all the associated documents, communication protocols and work instruction rules.
• Arrange and lead the kick off meetings to explain the project goals and requirements to project teams and key suppliers.
• Resource planning and continuous monitoring of project progress to for effective cost control

• To provide conflicts resolutions; bridging the communication gaps, clarifications on ambiguities, resource up-gradation, management escalation for sensitive issues to get approvals on out of the way working.

• To drive and lead the cost control initiatives without affecting the project milestones and quality.
Control of complete Purchase process to ensure on time completion of project deliverable.
Worked as head of quality assurance department; lead a team of Engineers and Quality inspectors.
Responsible to devise and implement quality control systems in line with requirements from the customers.
FMEA analysis, Control Plan formation, GR&R study and reporting for customer documentation.
Management Representative for ISO 9000:2000 system, handled external audits and conducted internal audits and trainings.
Successfully implemented QC tools including control charts and achieved significant reduction in quality defects and reworks
Assembly, commissioning and installation of process automation machines; Standard and customized machines for different customers.
Headed a team of technicians to plan, produce and test the machines and perform site commissioning till customer acceptance.
Hands on experience in assembly of high tech automatic machines for MASTEC Japan.
Technology transfer from Indonesia and Thailand to start production of Honda Civic and Honda City in Pakistan Plant ( HACPL).
Control of Production and quality alongwith maintenance of production jigs and fixtures.
Actively participated in Quality circles and Kaizen system training and implementation.
Trainings from Indonesia and Thailand for process sequence and lay out planning.
Bachelors in Business Administration
Achieved Grade A in most of the subjects, completed a process automation project from design phase to manufacturing and project report submission.
