Daily communication with the guests, solving the problems and assistant to fulfill their needs, special attention for VIP guests, amenities etc.

Making document copies for archive and preparing documents and materials for meetings. Submit brief description and reports, prepare Power Point Presentations or other.

Daily administration in the office, with coordination of meetings and presenting information directly to the local NGOs and the Municipality of Delcevo, media outlets and other institutions. Operated the activities of the NGO Support Center for various seminars, room rental, library use, as well as training from visiting organizations as well as those planned by the center (organizing training, workshops, round tables, participating in organization of the NGO Fair, etc.)
Working continuously and extensively with local NGOs in order to increase their capacity by using the center equipment as well as providing advice on various project proposal budgets and such.
Evaluated the NGO center work on a monthly reporting basis to the head office in Skopje, by providing our list of activities for the month as well as a financial report that summarized the center use in the region.

-Working in operative group Lobbying & Advocacy and Building Public Awareness (organizing training, round tables and TV Debates, multicultural happening etc.)
After transformation, from NGO Support Centre-Delcevo become NGO Regional Advocacy Centre-Delcevo. My position was Vice President. I was in charge for several projects.
Continue to be Local Coordinator for preparation of invitation, directly invitation, organizing transport, helping for organized of the conferences on topic Macedonia and European Union, FOSIM and MCET. Participants were representatives of regional NGOs, Municipalities, Business Sector and Institutions like schools, museums etc.
Other projects I managed and help in realization of the activities:
-Green Agenda Process in Delcevo: Organizing Forum for the citizens, lot of meetings, presentation of the achieved results. Reports and trainings, travelled abroad for meetings with representatives of NGOs from other countries (Serbia, Montenegro, Kosovo, Albania and Bosnia).
-I was Participatory Video Coach in charge for making a short documentary film about achievement of Green Agenda in Delcevo. Project "A window to Green Agenda in the Western Balkans.” After passed training for Participatory video, fund by Milieukontakt International, Holand, training organization Insight Share, United Kingdom.

-Preparing the text and design of several brochures and poster for the need of the projects and different lectures and trainings.
