Project Engineer, Excellent communication and coordination skills, Co-ordinates and manages the implementation of major construction projects for Hospitals & Educational Buildings and High Rise Building, delivery of projects on time, within budget and to the agreed quality.
• The role will be a combination of office-based and site-based activities. Responsible for the proper execution of all site activities as per project plan and specifications and to ensure the economical and best use of time, equipment and staff to ensure full contract specification compliance.
• Lead the planning of project; define project tasks and resource requirements.
•Ability to understand and evaluate contracts, construction drawings, construction documents, time schedules, engineering proposals and technical submittals.
• Actively monitor and manage deadlines and Change Orders.
• Identify and manage issues and risks associated with Project.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports on the Project status against Budget.
• Review of shop drawings and ensures its compliance with contract requirement and properly coordinated with other discipline.
• Review of materials related to his discipline and ensures its compliance contract requirement.
• Ensure quality of work is in compliance with contract requirements, good practice and only approved materials are used.
• Review all technical submittals, Sub Contractor submittals, Prepare Method Statements, Project Quality Plan, Schedules and ensure its compliance with Project objective.
• Co-ordinates with other departments during the various stages of construction cycle.
• Resolving unexpected technical difficulties.
• Preparation of Paper works as required for the projects execution.
• All Technical office Works at site ( material Testing Reports - Daily, Weekly & monthly progress reports - contractor's & material evaluations )
• Make martial requests and study quotations submitted by suppliers.
-Execute and mange construction stages for big scale projects in K.S.A as follow :-
• Abqaiq General Hospital (100 Bed)-Dammam - Budget $46.00 million, with total built up area 13500m2 consist of main building (G+2+Roof Floor) plus technical building (Basement+G.Floor).
• OBSTETRIC / GYNECOLOGY & PEDIATRIC HOSPITAL QATEEF (300 Bed) - project value $108.53 million (407 million SR), with total built up area 75000m2 consist of main building (Basement+G+5+Roof Floor), technical planet (Basement + G.Floor+Roof), support service building, mosque, housing buildings and other service buildings like R.O plant and STP.
• High rise buildings in KAFD (King Abdullah Financial District) in Riyadh, Parcel 4.01, 21 storey’s with 5 underground basements and podium, area 37000m2, project value $102 million.
• Research Centers in Dammam University, Ceremony Hall and Adminstration Building - ground and 2 floors - total area 18500 m2 - project value is 53.3 Million S.R.
Work as civil site engineer to execute steel structures and reinforced concrete projects, projects are :-
- New Saad Office-Extension for head office consist of four floors, total floor area is 1200 m2.
- Saad Specialist Hospital-Oncology Center consist of 8 floors, total floor area is 1600 m2.
- Steel warehouse in Shahla Farm, total area 3000 m2.
Civil Engineer at Fahd AL-Qazlan Est. - 1/2004 to 1/2005 at Saudi Arabia - Qassim area - Arras City :
Work as civil engineer (site) and technical office engineer in analysis of prices of projects what construct with Ministry of Education as schools:
- Preparation of field material requisition and prepare direct monthly reports about percentage of achievement at project.
Structural Design Engineer at ASA Consultant office - 8/2003 to 1/2004
Work as design engineer at tourist village project at Sharm EL-Sheikh city; prepare workshop drawings, details and sections for structural works, make full detailed drawing in design and make complete sections which executed at site.
