• Maintains Fee Share & Supplies Record into the customer ledgers.
• Maintaining & Handling of Supplies.
• Approval of Supplies on Shopping Mall.
• Makes Acknowledgements of Fee Shares & Supplies.
• Works with the coordination of Head office Deputy Manager Finance & CROs regarding approval & Dispatching of Supplies.
• Track Supplies' Orders & Maintains its record.
• Making Vouchers of Cash Payment & Bank Drafts.
• Maintain Record of Outstanding Amounts to all Campuses.
• Make Reconciliation Statements as per Requirement.
• Upload stock sale on Microsoft AX-2012 &Dynamics-365
• Work in coordination with Deputy Manager Finance and Regional Manager.
