I ensure the project is executed according to design specifications, timelines, and budget.Led toolbox talks and ensured PPE compliance across all site activities. Liaised with design team to validate layout and inverter placement based on site conditions. Coordinated client meetings and generated technical reports for milestone approvals. Supervised cable laying, panel installation, and DC/AC interconnection for solar plants. Ensured torque settings, insulation resistance, and polarity verification pre-energization. Reported installation progress, safety observations, and site readiness to project leads.
Additionally, I troubleshoot any technical issues that arise on-site and ensure proper documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
