• Overall responsible to do administrative/ secretarial support to the Project Management
Team (PMT-E4).
• Executes administrative and operational functions delegated by the management, and performs different tasks related to the job.
• Encoding and updating for all subscribers information.
• Maintain logs for all Incoming & Outgoing Correspondence, Drawings, Materials & Document Submittals and to control the respective submittals through the spreadsheets.
• To ensure all correspondence and documents assigned are properly correctly prepared on time; composing and sending out routine letters independently, drafting simple correspondence; to ensure all incoming mails are logged and properly distributed and promptly brought to the attention of management and that outgoing mails/ faxes are delivered on time.
• Creating an office filing system, including quick indexing, filing and office storage, resulting in easy access to critical information and streamlined office functioning.
• To coordinate with Project Management Consultants, Planning (PCM), EPC Site Management/ Engineers with day to day requirements and to organized the assigned task dutifully.
• Scanning all documents and transferring to the network.
• Burning of CD’s for the latest revision of drawings and documents.
• Importing daily/ weekly/ monthly progress pictures from camera & distribute to the concerned.
• Archiving of all documents for the finished projects.
• Assist to Project Manager from day to day work.
Detailed Tasks Assigned:
• Assist to Project Manager from day to day work.

• To coordinate with Planning Engineer, Erection Planner, Site Engineer/Foreman and Material Coordinator and store in connection with day to day requirements and to organized the assigned task dutifully.

• Making of organization chart of the organization.
• Maintaining the record of staff & students, leaves and salaries.
• All internal and external computer base correspondence.
• Handle system troubleshooting.
• Maintaining the record of staff & students, leaves and salaries.
• Preparation of tax documents, CIT appeals, agreements, power of attorney,
affidavits etc.
• Making of organization chart of the company.

• Maintaining / upto dated record of power failures and power dips at KESC system.
• Electrical and instruments equipment maintenance record.
• Planning turnarounds and plant shutdowns and keeping record.
• Making status of plant, street and parameter wall lights, cathodic protection etc.
• Making monthly maintenance activities reports of the departments.
• Preparing manpower status, overtime and leave record.
• Project planning, preparing project digest, making project financial status, making plant operation manual pertaining to power generation plant etc. Keeping upto date record of power generation plant.
• Preparation of CPM / activities charts.
• All internal and external computer base correspondence.
• Handle system troubleshooting.
• Maintain computer base accounting, work on spread sheet for costing of balance sheets and profit / losses.
• All internal and external computer base correspondence.
• Responsible for procurement of new PC’s and peripherals and it maintenance.
