Duties & Responsibilities
as a
IT Support Officer
Providing support to all end users for all application software related to Health Information System.
Configures pharmacy benefits according to policy plan and co payment structure then uploads via Dimensions FTP
Maintaining and updating all member records, eligibility and coverage by uploading the excel file via PBM Dimensions FTP keeping at par with the required format.
Downloading e-claims data from DHA website and uploading the same files in our system on a regular basis.
Prepares and provides all working reports and statistical data requested from different departments.
Responsible in maintaining the census from the different TPA partners by downloading and uploading the files through web services.
Configuring new Network Providers (Clinic, Pharmacy, Hospitals, Diagnostic Centers) in the system accordingly and updating price lists as needed.
Checking usage levels, disk space, mail functionality, connection, printer status, communications links
Check for configuration errors, including verification of system software
Responsible in maintaining office client server based and web server based emails, network printers, and computer systems.
