Showroom Salesman (2010 June - 2011 June)
• Perform sales, customer service and merchandising functions.
• Ensures each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment; recommend, select and help locate the right merchandise.
• Shows customers a variety of products and explain the features, benefits, and warranties of each product.
• Handles product returns.
• Receives payments by cash, cheque, and credit cards and forwards to Accounts Department

• Supervises a team of 4 data entry operators in encoding Job Orders and Customer Requests.
• Coordinates Sales Orders with the respective Sales Executives & Production Department.
• Verification of price concerns, reconfirmation of sales orders, and printing delivery notes and sales invoice.
• Receives cash collected by drivers from customers, issue Receipt Voucher and submits to Accounts Department.
