-Promote HR Systems, Consultation Services & Public Relation.
-Leading the Human Resource and Administrative function and the individual needs to work closely with each of the discipline managers and Project Managers to ensure that a professional approach is taken in terms of Human Resource.
-Relations ensuring that communications are timely, appropriate and aligned with strategy and business objectives
-Build strong and effective account management relationships with all customers and clients and win new customers from building own prospect base.
-Coordinate the contract team and coordinate with business units and advise Departments on all contract related matters.
-Co-ordinate the commercial management for services being provided by all parties, including other (the company) Business Sectors and sub-consultants.
-coordinating Implementing commercial best practice to maximize value and minimize risk and cost to (the company) with due regards to CRM
-Supporting the commercial division in developing and implementing commercial strategies for successfully winning bids and managing post contract activities.
-Being an ambassador\representative for (the company) and champion best practice to Identify and evaluate business opportunities highlighting such as aspects licensing, capital investment.
- Negotiates key business agreements alliances and partnerships evaluating best business opportunities.
- Keeps management fully informed of the potential of expansion opportunities in projects already approved to enable plans to be formulated for inclusion in overall projects
- Managing the submission of correct documentation to the Ministry Of Labor for visa applications, and organizing all Employee official paperwork.
- Organizing renewal of Licenses and\or Obtaining licenses and efficient collection of Licenses to take place when completed.
- Arrange official works to submit for medical tests and immigration.
- Responsible for the day to day running of Soft and Hard services Of the companies at various locations such as Airport, Hotels, Embassies, Municipalities CR, Immigration, Transportation, housing…..etc.) & other services Departments such as Ooredoo, Vodafone services (connections/disconnections/repairs), mail, water, electricity
- Managing both internal and external works (partners & shareholders).
- Supporting Group resourcing requirements and assist in succession planning and managing project to project transitional activity
- Administration in human resources function of the companies and Collaborate with all internal functions to deliver on main responsibilities.
- Identify, visit and develop new suppliers and Develop quotation requests to suppliers
- Serve as the focal point for all liaison activities between supplier and the business unit
