Project Manager: Ancient district development project (Riyadh down town).
Project Subject: Renewing and preserving area at Riyadh Down town district.
Project Study Area: 200.000 square meters.
Project Tasks:
• Existing buildings and all urban texture limitation and documentation ( data base preparing and saving in GIS system).
• Existing building and all area surveying works.
• Three proposals preparing for area development depending on full business development and above tasks indications.
• Master plan preparing for approved proposal.
• Working drawing preparing and engineering detailing for final area developed master plan.
Responsibilities:
-Preparation of the time schedules of the project proceeding based on the requirements of the contract and follow-up its implementation.
-Preparation the general methodology of project implementation and follow-up it.
-Oversee the completion of the project in detail and make sure that it is going according to time schedule.
-Implementation of the project requirement contained in the contract and follow-up and make sure it is proceeding according to schedule.
-Structural setting of technical reports that make up the outputs of delivery for each stage of the project and overseeing its implementation.
-Attend meetings of the stakeholders to discuss developments in the project and subsequent phases and to ensure implementation of their recommendations.
-Preparing presentation upon delivery of each stage of the project.
-Adoption of appropriate working team for the project according to the contract, and the required expertise to complete the project professionalism necessary
-Coordination with the supervisor of the administration web-site to update project data.
-Prepare a monthly report of work performed by the contract and the ongoing.
-Modifications required by the administration on the outcomes of the contract as necessary and arrange the time required to complete and add them to the time schedule.
- Coordinates the Specialist Engineers in their activities and provides guidance on technical issues.
-Takes ownership of all new study related tasks in the project and works with the Specialist Engineers to develop Task Releases.
- Reviews and approves the scope, deliverable, schedule and design cost estimate for all Task Releases.
Ensure that Specialist Engineers meet their Work Plan goals in budget and schedule.
- Assists in the preparation and presentation of projects to the Client, Planning, Committee, Third Parties etc. Liaises with the Recipient Client Departments to ensure resolution of scope and deliverables issues.
- Participates in weekly staff meeting, review meetings to report on project / task performance and resolution of departmental issues.
- Submits timely and accurate data to project controls for weekly and bi-weekly reports.
- Monitors the timely completion and response of Comments and Technical Queries (RFI, FCD).
- Coordinate Design Change Notices. Reviews and ensure quality of CG submittals.
Special projects manager assistant
- Manage, review, and coordinate architectural / engineering projects and proposals developed by consultants.
-Assist in the qualification of consultants used during pre-design and pre-construction services.
-Manage pre-construction coordination meetings and assist with bid analysis and reviews.
-Participate in the weekly project development team meetings to discuss project status, project resources, and other needs.
-Communicate and discuss the section’s guidelines and procedures with employees to ensure responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities are defined and understood. -Recommend salary adjustments, rewards and promotions based on employee performance. Carry out disciplinary meetings when needed.
Ensure effective department performance through the selection, development, deployment and motivation of competent staff.
In charge on followings tasks:
-responsible for working with clients to effectively develop and deliver a design project.
-responsible for the creative aspects of the project as well as making sure it is completed on time. These professionals work on cost, scheduling, technical issues and overall productivity of workers.
- supervise engineers and communicate expectations for the project to them.
- enforce policies and procedures to assure the design project is completely properly.
-Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.
-Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
-Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
-Set scientific and technical goals within broad outlines provided by top management.
-work with human resources by training, counselling and reprimanding employees.
Project manager of King Faisal University Project:
Produce the engineering working drawings for most of the colleges and administration buildings of the university as the following:
Administration Building area (25, 000 m²)
Activity Centre area (12, 500 m²)
Library Building area (17, 000 m²)
Festival Hall area (10, 000 m²)
Administration Science College area (19, 000 m²)
Restaurant area (6, 000 m²)
In charge on following tasks:
- Ensure that works executed on site is conform to the design.
- Approve the shop-drawings during construction and check / receive the as built drawings from the contractor.
- Direct, review, and approve works design and changes.
- Perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures, enforcing rules, and making .
- Plan, direct, and coordinate survey work with other staff activities, certifying survey work, and writing land legal descriptions.

-Accommodation villas project for (GOSI) in Diplomatic Quarter.
Senior architect Construction Supervisor on finishing work on office building projects. (1, 875 m²).
Senior architect Finishing Supervisor, on finishing work on three commercial and offices buildings. (5, 625 m²).
Head of 40 engineers, draftsman, computer CAD operators and administrative clerks.
Preparation of Architectural drawing for all type of commission projects.
Coordinate between different Engineering Sections for each project.
Bill of Quantity, project specifications & contract preparation.
Construction Supervision
Office automation & introducing CAD system and use of Excel program.
