• Serving more than 700 Person by Managing all Facility Management. related activities for more than 38 branches, 150 ATMs and Head Office across 11 cities managing a team of more than 140 employees across 35 vendors
• Led the Strategic Planning efforts related to Facility Management. in the region defining the forecasted budget, setting the unit objectives taking into consideration regional expansion plans of the bank
• Led the Business Continuity & Incident Management Team
• Acted as the head of Crisis Management team in the region during Covid-19 lockdown managing coordination and alignment with government entities and resolving issues arising from the lockdown
• Led the establishment of all Project Management processes for Facility Management (Project stage definition, templates & processes, Project closure & hand over)
• Led the initiation & delivery of all Facility Management. Projects (80 Projects, 25 Mn SAR in value annually) in western region across different categories (~10 categories) in addition to supporting the implementation of 250+ Projects (80+ Mn SAR in value) on one time basis.
• Led the Optimization of OPEX through developing category sourcing strategy for all monthly spending categories resulting in reduction of 50% in monthly OPEX (7 MN SAR annual savings)
• Led the Establishment of all Procurement processes for the unit (e.g. RFP preparation guidelines, vendor assessment, contract negotiation & awarding)

• Established the archiving system for all Facility Management. data for the western region
