Job responsibilities
•Installations of All Electrical Systems (LV, MV, Low Current, Grounding & Lightning Protection) and Electrical Equipment’s (RMU, Switch Gear, Transformer, Capacitor Banks, Busways, MDB’s, Generators & UPS) as per approved shop drawings ensuring compliance with safety requirements and as per standards.
•Installation of Electrical Cable trays, Trunks, conduits, Duct banks, wiring, Cables, Bus bars, Panel Boards, Breakers, Disconnect switches, lightings and Power system as per desired standards.
•Installation of Low Currents systems (Fire Alarm, Access Control, CCTV, Data & Telephone, Lighting Control, Car Management & BMS) as per Approved Shop drawing and Client Requirements.
•Manage Directly & provide engineering and technical supports during execution on site to Electrical Team.
•Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical Team and related works prior to execution
•Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.
•Review Design IFC/Shop drawings, Single Line Drawings, Panel board schedule & Builders work drawings.
•Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all team at site.
•Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all monitoring reports on regular basis.
•Preparation of Material Quantity Take off, Requisition, submittal, Inspection Request/ Report.

Job responsibilities
•Review and approve Electrical shop drawings and technical queries prepared by contractor and to ensure conformance to the project specifications prior to actual construction.
•Major responsibilities also include ensuring that all Electrical installation and All related Electrical work of all ongoing projects are executed in a correct professional manner that complies with the relevant codes, standards, accepted rules of good practices, safety, project specifications, design drawings, bill of quantities and with fully coordination to other disciplines.
•Work also includes quality control of Electrical works and involved in the coordination /checking ongoing site works as reported by the different quality inspectors, conduct actual inspection and providing evaluation /recommendation to facilitate on going installation.
•Testing and Commissioning of newly installed equipment, panel boards, circuit breakers, telephone, data, Fire Alarm, Grounding System, Lightning Protection and lighting…etc.

Job responsibilities:
•Installation of Low voltage, Medium voltage, Low Current, Grounding & Lightening protection.
• Submitting and attending all field Inspection Requests & Material Inspections requests along with Testing and commissioning based on approved ITP, Checklist, Method statement, Materials, shop drawings and specifications.
•Review and evaluate all Shop drawings, calculations, Material submittals, Technical submittals and Material samples for compliance to the project specs before submission to consultant.
•Monitoring quality control for all types of installation in compliance with standards and specs.
•Developing method Statement, Inspection &Test Plan, Inspection Checklists, Risk assessment and Testing & Commissioning procedures Prepare the shop drawing as per technical specifications to get the approval from the client and implement on the site
