• Review of contractor submitals for compliance with submission requirements & client’s needs.
• Evaluation of change order proposals, review of design process submissions for constructability & conformance to the contract requirements.
• Effective communication and collaboration with client & contractors thus ensuring work conformity with the contract.
• Review of workshop drawings for different electrical systems and installations.
• Review all necessary methods of statement for special construction.
• Performing regular field inspections in compliance with National electric codes & approved shop drawings.
Review and approval of all the required materials & equipment on site.
• Assisting the senior engineer in issuing of the NCR.
• Installation supervision of different types of lighting, power and low current systems.
• Electrical code compliance components.
• Check all items of LV and MV work involved in buildings.
• To Maintain, Record and log all electrical inspection and testing activities.
• Review of shop drawings and material submitals.
• Materials approvals as per specification and codes.
• Executing site inspections.
• Material receiving inspections.
• Coordination with senior engineer for replying the NCR for any non-conformance.
• Making daily progress reports.
• Performing coordination for ongoing site operation.
• Reporting the all related activities to project manager and QA/QC manger.
