Responsible for job advertisement through different channel newspaper, online job portals
• Screening of CVs, over the call interview and shortlisting for technical interview
• Preparing employee files and recording manually and in HRMS
• Reporting and tracking of annual leaves, medical leaves, casual leave, resolving employees issues
• Keeping and maintaining all HR forms related to advance salary form, PF loan from on SharePoint portal
• Keeping records of employees medical records, forms, medical reimbursement form, Medical card copies
• Continuously maintaining and updating HR policies, procedures and sending update emails to employee
• Recording employees warning letters, counseling letters, written letter, verbal letters in HRMS
• Assist functional department managers in hiring, selecting process by attending meetings for job creation
• Conducting monthly employees for prize distribution, certificates for performance, listening complaints
• Assist senior HR manager in annual appraisal, bi-annual appraisal, conducting sessions with employees
• Daily review of HR policies, procedures, attending HR internal meetings and minutes of meeting recording
• Assist in developing disciplinary action criteria and updating with changing needs
Responsible for maintaining admin, HRMS database, prescreening of employees
• Developing clear job description with support of departmental managers operations, Finance and IT
• Assigning departmental managers in work force planning, training, counseling, hiring, retention, firing
• Back ground checking, document completion and on boarding new employees
• Providing support to employees coming with complaints, work environment, grievances and feedback
• Participate with senior manager in developing HR policies and process.
Initiating Job interviews and arranging them with senior HR Manager
