• Hands on experience on Huawei OptiX RTN 910/950/980
• Hands on experience on all the cards for RTN 900 Series which include CSHA, CSHN, SP3S, SP3D IFU2, ISU2, ISX2, EM6FA, FAU, PIU, SL1D.

8.Making Cross Connection between Nodes to Node on ERICSSON TN Series.
9.Checking BER Using Acterna & Anritsu BERT.
10.Supervise the installation of DCDP of ERICSSON.
11.Commissioning and integration of ERICSSON 3G RBSs (3206, 3518).
12.Commissioning and integration of ERICSSON 2G RBSs (2202, 2216, 2116).
13.Conduct Sweep test using Anritsu Analyzer.
14.Checking all external alarms Using OMT software REL 36_5 during IDB loading at shelter yard.
15.Downloading Configuration file in Emerson Rectifier for monitoring Ext & Internal Alarms.
16.Manage and coordinates with ERICSSON Coordinator in all transmission issues.
Microwave Links
Planning, Link budgeting, Installation, Troubleshooting and, Routine maintenance of microwave links.
Optimization of link quality wherever needed.
Working Experience on different Microwave Links (Ericsson Mini link E Series 8E1/16E1/STM-1, SAF, Harris, PCOM STM-Planning, Testing, Troubleshooting of backhaul media
Drawing of network Diagram using Visio.
Testing of physical media (SDH, Microwave, and PTCL LLCs, DPLCs, IPLCs) using BERT & other techniques
Lucent Flexent BSS System
If required than Integrate the Lucent Flexent compact Modcell 4.0 BSS system.
Diagnose Potential issue and Troubleshoot using ECP/5ESS terminal of Lucent Flexent BSS system modules which includes indoor Modcell 4.0 cabinet, amplifiers (P2PAms), CMU cards, URC cards, UCR cards, CTU cards, Filters and TDU.
Apart of BTS mostly work on the 5ESS and ECP for the area related to BSS core like BTS packet pipe & its E1 configuration, optimizing signaling for BTS’s, removing/restoring BTS cards etc.
Examine RSSI values of each BTS and optimize where ever needed.
Examine transmit power of BTS by power meter and Optimize where ever needed.
Examine Traffic on BTS and Suggest & configure an additional CMU card or E1 media for BTS if required.
Check the inference related issues on sites using spectrum analyzer.
