• Managing Twelve teams in North Region.
• Managed and coordinated with all engineering, installation, testing, alarm clearance and integration to get the site on-Air.
• ¬Resolved problems and prioritized the completion dates based on customer requirements.

Diagnose Potential issue and Troubleshoot using ECP/5ESS terminal of Lucent Flexent BSS system modules which includes indoor Modcell 4.0 cabinet, amplifiers (P2PAms), CMU cards, URC cards, UCR cards, CTU cards, Filters and TDU.
Apart of BTS mostly work on the 5ESS and ECP for the area related to BSS core like BTS packet pipe & its E1 configuration, optimizing signaling for BTS’s, removing/restoring BTS cards etc.
Examine RSSI values of each BTS and optimize where ever needed.
Examine transmit power of BTS by power meter and Optimize where ever needed.
Examine Traffic on BTS and Suggest & configure an additional CMU card or E1 media for BTS if required.
Check the inference related issues on sites using spectrum analyzer.
