o Leading team of Engineers and Technicians for Universal Smart Well Head Control Panels for Schlumberger Completions RUSSIA & Middle East Regions.
o Resource Development and Management for future Schlumberger Completions.
o To Study Schlumberger Downhole valve operations and Design a Universal Panel for all Schlumberger Down Hole Smart well operations.
o Manage Wellhead Control Panel Design improvements and modifications in the complete package.
o Complete In-House Project Engineering, Onsite commissioning
o Preparation of Design Documents i.e. System Architecture, Network Topology BOQ, GA/Wiring Drawing, FDS/FRS, DDS, FAT/SAT.
o Logic/HMI Development, IO Charts, Pre-Testing of Complete System.
o Project Execution On-Site (Field Devices Configuration, IO Testing, SAT, Commissioning & Closing)
o Involved in Technical Supports & Maintenance Activities (when & where as required).
o Calibration, Installation & Commissioning of field Instrumentation & Control Systems.
o Installation and maintenance of the plant control system.
o Designing of control system logic.
o Calibration, Installation & Commissioning of field Instrumentation.
o Plan & Execute Maintenance Activities
o Handle up-gradation of existing system.
o Logic/HMI Development, IO Charts, Pre-Testing of Complete System.
