Position level: Senior Team Leader (Assistance Engineer) - T&C and Operation & Maintenance (Rolling Stock)
Involved in T& to ensure all progress following the procedure.(Static Test, Dynamic Test, ATP (ETCSALSTOM), analysis traction motor failure, bogies, gearbox inspection, shunter specialist(NITEC), analysis brake failure(KNORR), wheel measurement caliper(CALIPRI), AC/DC cable inspection, HVAC, WC troubleshoot).
Maintenance & corrective work for engine(MTU), brake, PIS, ERTMS, HVAC, System(COSMOS), traction motor, alternator, door system, alternator, wheel & bogies.
Give a training for new technician.
Planned task for every shift & prepared all documentation & checklist for maintenance.
Managed all documentation records & report to Depot Manager.
Assist the GMAO officer for monthly reporting scheme.
Lead the task assignation during shift hand-over
Provides support to O&M Department regarding for the resolution of complex issues, compliance issues and potential problems related to maintenance.
Assist the GMAO officer for monthly reporting scheme;
Responsible for GMAO quality of data entry for engineer review and services.
Maintenance & corrective work for engine(MTU), brake, PIS, ERTMS, HVAC, System(COSMOS), traction motor, alternator.
Working in department of Track Transit System (TTS) -Aero train for maintenance train - (Bombardier CX100 - 550 Shuttle System)
Reporting the task deviation, pending and unaccomplished objective and task to the Technical Executive;
Supervising team member and join to make sure the task complete.
Involve in 3rd Cars T&C test - Static test, Dynamic test, ATO, ATC, ATP test & Signaling.
Maintenance & corrective work for HVAC, Bogie, traction motor, brake, signaling & track replacement
