Identified the right sources of information/target respondent to collect relevant information required from Flow Monitoring Point and/or Flow Monitoring Survey.
Conducted interviews and data collection in the border crossing points according to the operation planning led by the DTM Project Supervisors.
Conducted data entry into the given data entry template and through the dedicated application “KoBoCollect” to assure the accuracy of the data encoded.
Built a good relationship with different data’s sources in the border crossing points including but not limited to various humanitarian partners INGOs and governmental partners.
• Supervised the whole performance of almost 90 Call Center Agents so that the company services are well presented.
• Inserted the daily average of every one of which using an accurate Evaluation System bywhich the incoming calls to the call center are monitored fully in order to maintain a high level of quality.
• Created a daily report for all the team of agents in every shift individually containing any negative marks or negligence related to his/her performance.
• Processed urgent and periodic reactions in the spot in case of correcting such information
related to the presented service and checking the availability of the provided equipment too.
• Reported monthly reports to the Head of Department for the whole staff of agents indicating to the final percentage of their performance.
• Recommended improvements to the Head ofDepartment to prevent such systematic supposed problems in the future as well as suggestions for good client services.
Managed the whole process of teaching inside the institute following new and updated methods of administration.
Tested and interviewed the new comers of teachers depending upon high required standards of recruitment.
Provided intensive training for the accepted ones as well as the ones who shave a kind of shortage in such a side.

Supervised the fulfilment of every employee's application of issuing his/her ID, and stored their details (Names, Posts, Depts., Codes of IDs) independently within a database.
Activated a permanent or temporary ID activation based on the employee type of contract.
Monitored the process of access/exit control for all of them, and provided statistics of the Ins/Outs to the HR specialist to enhance for the timesheets.
Controlled about 30 advanced cameras where some of which are movable “DOME” & the rest are considered as stable.
Observed over 20 security elements’ performance who are located in the Ins/Outs of the company and to avoid any negligence.
Reported in English such periodic reports to the HSO (Head of Security Operations) that include any suspicious observed incidents.
Always available to receive announcements from all departments that may contain ( Theft, Lost Objects...etc) incidents to start a quick investigation with the help of the CCTV net.
