Working as a Manager, HR, IT, Cyber Security, & HSSE Contracts Division, with the following main responsibilities and duties:
1- Managing and supervising the procurement activities of all local and international contracts related to HR, IT, Cyber Security, & HSSE to full service our company.
2- Manage and direct supervise a number of seven (7) Contract Representatives in the division.
3- Participate in reviewing the current Contracting Sector policy and procurement procedures.
4- Participate in suggestions, formulation, and recommendation of any modification or alteration to Contracting Sector policy & procurement procedures.
5- Participate in solving and handling any special issues or cases at Contracting Sector.
6- Provide any necessary consultation to proponent departments and end-users about any contractual issue.
Working as a Manager, General Services & Other Contracts Division, with the following main responsibilities and duties:
1- Managing and supervising the procurement activities of all local and international contracts types within this division.
2- Manage and direct supervise a number of six (6) Contract Representatives in the division.
3- Participate in reviewing the current Contracting Sector policy and procurement procedures.
4- Participate in suggestions, formulation, and recommendation of any modification or alteration to Contracting Sector policy & procurement procedures.
5- Participate in solving and handling any special issues or cases at Contracting Sector.
6- Provide any necessary consultation to proponent departments and end- users about any contractual issue.
Contracting Department with the following main responsibilities and duties:
* Procure all types of local and international contracts, via SAP, in English and/or Arabic
language plus all other relevant works:
1. Related to method of payment i.e. lump sum, unit rates (work quantity, labor, &
equipment) contracts.
2. Related to work type i.e. turnkey, construction & repair, general services, and consultancy
contracts.
SENIOR / EXECUTIVE POSITION IN SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT (CONTRACTING,
COMMERCIAL, OR PROCUREMENT)
3. Related to awarding method types i.e. open bidding (competitive bidding), selective
bidding, and single source (negotiated) bidding.
4. Handling single, multiple, and blanket contract types.
5. Developing contract bid package, which includes instructions to bidders, pricing
attachments, contract proforma (general terms & conditions, technical specifications, and
payment provisions).
6. Evaluating and finalizing evaluation report for contractors’ proposals by means of utilizing
spreadsheets and building the necessary formulas, conditions etc.
7. Handling different types of contracts amendments such as modifying contracts terms and
conditions, revising contract milestone dates, assignment agreement amendments plus
others.
8. Handling different types of contracts change orders such as negative change orders.
9. Providing any necessary consultation and advice to all proponent departments about any
needed contractual information and procedure.
10. Handling after-awarding contractor’s technical and/or commercial conflict with proponent
department in terms of different understanding of contractual terms and/or condition.
11. Developing any necessary special terms and condition needed to fit any specific contract
requirements.
12. Handling as a meeting chairman, many meetings types such as performance meeting, job
explanation, bid clarification, negotiation, debriefing and other meetings.
* Taking the responsibility as an acting manager in many occasions as Generation &
Distribution Contract Division Manager: responsibility covers supervising the procurement
activities of all contracts types that are handled within this division.
* Taking the responsibility as an acting Section Head, Contracting Services & Information
Systems: responsibility covers all contracts & contractors database system and update,
reporting system to all proponent departments.
Acquired a Master of Business Administration Degree (MBA) with a GPA of 3.25 in 4.0 scale. The MBA concentration is finance and investment.
Degree –
Graduated with Bachelor degree in Applied Mechanical Engineering with a GPA of 3.26 in 4.0 scale. The degree has been conferred with honor.
